Overview

Noxa Player is a media player and playlist manager. We do not host, sell, provide, or distribute channels, playlists, subscriptions, or media content. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app and this website.

Information we may process

Device identifier: A MAC-like device ID shown in the app, used for activation and playlist binding.
Playlist data you provide: M3U/M3U8 URLs, uploaded playlist files, and optional XMLTV EPG URLs that you submit through My List or compatible setup flows.
Activation and billing records: Trial status, payment status, and Stripe checkout references needed to unlock the player on a device.
Support communications: Information you send when contacting support@nikaj.dev.

What we do not do

We do not provide playlists or tell users where to obtain them.
We do not monitor, review, or moderate the content inside user-supplied playlists.
We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Activation payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Noxa Player. See Stripe's privacy policy for payment processing details.

Retention

Activation and playlist configuration data is retained only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with law, and resolve support or billing issues.
