1. Service description

Noxa Player is a media player and playlist manager only. No channels, playlists, subscriptions, or media are included. You are responsible for supplying your own legal playlists and for ensuring you have the right to use any content you play.

2. Activation and trial

New devices may receive a 7-day trial. After the trial, a one-time activation purchase is required to continue using the player on that device. Activation is tied to one device identifier at a time unless otherwise stated during checkout.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Activation purchases are not refundable after activation. Please evaluate the app during the trial period before purchasing.

4. User responsibilities

You must not use Noxa Player to access content you are not authorized to use.
You are responsible for the playlists, URLs, and credentials you add.
You must not attempt to bypass activation, licensing, or security controls.

5. No content warranty

We do not guarantee that any third-party playlist, stream format, provider, or EPG source will work on every device or network. Playback depends on your playlist provider, device capabilities, and network conditions.

6. Limitation of liability

Noxa Player is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for content supplied by users or third-party playlist providers.
