Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about activation, playlists, and device setup.
No. Noxa Player is a media player and playlist manager only. You must add your own legal M3U/M3U8 playlist. We do not provide channels, playlists, subscriptions, media, or information on where to obtain them.
Open Noxa Player on your TV or device. The MAC-like device ID is shown on the app screen. Use that ID on the Activation or My List pages.
Some devices show a different network identifier when you switch between WiFi and wired Ethernet. Use the device ID currently displayed inside Noxa Player, then check activation status again.
Confirm the playlist URL is reachable from the TV network, not only your PC. Some providers lock access by IP address, device type, user agent, or supported stream format.
Check your internet connection, playlist URL, provider availability, and whether the playlist format is valid M3U/M3U8. If a URL fails, try uploading the M3U file directly in My List.
Check that the device has internet access, then restart the app and device. If the issue continues, reinstall the latest APK and confirm the device date and time is correct.
Noxa Player can use optional XMLTV EPG metadata when you provide it with your own playlist. EPG data is not included by Noxa Player.
Activation purchases unlock one device and are not refundable after activation. Please test the app during the trial before purchasing.
